Admission Procedure

General Instructions:

  • Registration starts from 1ˢᵗ February
  • New session starts from 1ˢᵗ April
  • Minimum age required is 3 years
  • No entrance test will be taken
  • Direct admission will be given based on the availability of seats on 'first come, first served' basis
  • Parents must bring their child along with them when visiting the school for taking admission form

Documents required:

  • Aadhar card/ Birth certificate of the child
  • Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of father
  • Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of mother
  • Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of the legal guardian in case of adopted child
  • Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of the child
  • Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of father
  • Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of mother
  • Latest photograph (not older than 1 month) of the legal guardian in case of adopted child

Fees:

  • Annual fee is taken quarterly (i.e. in 4 installments)
  • 1ˢᵗ installment (including the admission and miscellaneous fees) must be submitted at the time of admission
  • Each fee installment must be submitted by the 20ᵗʰ day of the starting of that quarter

  • Written entrance exam of English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science and General Knowledge will be taken for admissions From class 6ᵗʰ to class 8ᵗʰ based on the syllabus of previously attended class
  • Admission test is conducted on every Sunday of March between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon
  • Admission will be given based on the entrance exam result and availability of seats on 'first come, first served' basis
  • Parents must bring their child along with them when visiting the school for taking admission form

Documents required:

  • Original TC issued by the previous school (If the last attended school is other than district Ayodhya, the TC counter signed by BSA/ DIOS of that district is compulsory)
  • Original and photocopy of previous class result card
  • Aadhar card/ Birth certificate of the child
  • Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of father
  • Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of mother
  • Aadhar card/ Government approved ID of the legal guardian in case of adopted child
  • Latest photograph (not older than 3 months) of the child
